- Direct messages or comments on social media and apps

- Event sign-ups and fundraising tools

We use your information only for purposes related to team operations, including:

- Team communication

- Event and schedule updates

- Registration processing

- Safety and emergency contacts

- Promotion of team activities (with permission) 

We do not share, sell, or trade your personal information with third parties. 

Photo/Video Policy: 

Photos and videos from team practices, tournaments, and events may be shared on our website, social media, or printed materials to promote the program. 

We will never post identifying details (like full names) of minor athletes without parent or guardian permission.
